ERIE COUNTY CABLEVISION, INC.   The benchmark
showing made Erie County Cablevision for the price
charged for the CPS tier for cable services  in Erie County,
Ohio, CUID No. OH0248 was justified.  Accordingly, the
complaint against the cable programming service price
charged by Erie County Cablevision was denied.  (By
MO&O [DA 95-756] adopted April 11 by the Chief, Cable
Services Bureau)






COLORADO SPRINGS CABLEVISION, INC.   The
benchmark showing made Colorado Springs Cablevision for
the price charged for the CPS tier for cable services  in
Colorado Springs, Colorado, CUID No. CO0030 was
justified.  Accordingly, the complaint against the cable
programming service price charged by Colorado Springs
Cablevision was denied.  (By MO&O [DA 95-757] adopted
April 11 by the Chief, Cable Services Bureau)

CABLE RATE ORDER. Granted permission to withdraw 
complaint filed against the rates of Adelphia Cable Systems
in various New Jersey communities. (By MO&O [DA 95-
759] adopted April 11 by the Deputy Chief, Cable Services
Bureau)

METROVISION.  The Commission granted the complaints
against MetroVision for cable programming services in
Farmington Michigan, CUID No. MI0640, Farmington
Hills, Michigan, CUID No.  MI0641, and Novi, Michigan,
CUID No. 642.  However the operator had already
acknowledged that the rates were not justified and had
already returned the full refund liability to the operator. 
This Order resolved 12 complaints, which had a refund

SAMMONS COMMUNICATIONS, INC.  Granted, request
to withdraw complaint against the cable programming
service price charged by Inland Bay Cable TV Associates in
Attleboro, Massachusetts.  (By MO&O [DA 95-787]
adopted April 11 by the Chief, Cable Services Bureau)

CABLE RATE ORDER. Dismissed complaint filed against
the rate of Douglas Cablevision in Mason, Texas. (By

CABLE RATE ORDER. Denied complaint filed against the
rate of Maclean Hunter Cable TV in Allen Park, Michigan.

FCC MOVES TOWARD LICENSING NEW WIRELESS
ERA (Report No. WT 95-5, Wireless Telecom Action)
     Today, the delivery of the next generation of
wireless communications services moved one step closer. 
Having completed the $7.7 billion auction for broadband
PCS, the FCC is now moving with the record speed toward
licensing successful bidders.  Today, the FCC announced
that it's accepted all the auction's license applications, just
one week after the winning bidders filed their long form
applications.
