agreement with Cablevision of Boston on settling rate
complaints. (By Order [FCC 95-161] adopted April 14, by
the Commission)

TCI CABLEVISION OF COLORADO, INC., ET AL.
Granted, in part, the complaints against the cable
programming service price charged by TCI in varies
communities in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and
Nevada and all other complaints relating to the same price.

NORTHLAND CABLE PROPERTIES FOUR, L.P. 
Dismissed complaint filed against their rate in Red Ackers,

the cable programming service prices charged by
Cablevision Systems of Southern Connecticut, L.P. in
various communities: Bridgeport, Stratford, Orange,
Woodbridge, Milford, and Fairfield, CT.  (By MO&O [DA

PARAGON CABLE.  Denied complaint filed against their
rate in San Antonio, Texas.  (By MO&O [DA 95-875]

WILLIAMSON COUNTY CABLEVISION.  Denied
complaint filed against their rate in Georgetown, Texas.

TKR CABLE COMPANY (TRI-SYSTEM).  Dismissed
complaints filed against the price it was charging for its
cable programming service tier in Middlesix, Manville,
