COMMISSION STREAMLINES RATE REPORTING
REQUIREMENTS FOR SMALL OPERATORS AND
"LOW PRICED" SYSTEMS - MM DOCKET 92-266
(Report No. DC 95-60, Action in Docket Case)
The Commission has eliminated the requirement
that systems owned by small operators and low price
systems calculate their "full reduction rates" for submission
on applicable rate forms. This deregulatory action will
reduce the burden of calculating and reporting rate
adjustments. The Form 1210 will be modified to implement
this change. In the future, small operators and low priced
systems will only be required to report adjustments to their
"transition" rates.
Action by the Commission April 7 by Order on
Reconsideration (FCC 95-150).
