MOTOROLA, INC.  Granted Motorola's application
seeking consent to assign  800 MHz licenses to Nextel

CALIFORNIA.  Remanded appeal of local rate
order for the City of Albany.  The City
determined in its local rate order that the channels
comprising Century's a la carte package must be
included as regulated channels is inconsistent with
the action taken in previous rulings.  We further
find that Century's a la carte package should not
be treated as a rate-regulated tier.  (By Order [DA
