PRESTIGE CABLE.  Denied complaint filed against its
cable programming service price charged by the operator in

CHATTACHOOCHEE CABLEVISION.  Dismissed the
complaint against the price charged for its cable
programming service tier in Newnan, GA on the grounds
that the complaint concerns rates that are outside the
