LENOIR, NC. Denied Maria M. Ochoa's exceptions to
grant of the application of Foothills Broadcasting, Inc. for
a new FM station at Lenoir.  (MM Docket No. 90-43 by
Decision [FCC 95R-05]  issued March 31 by the Review
Board.

ELY, NV. Effective June 23, amended FM table of 
allotments to allot Channel 243A to Ely  as the community's
third local FM service; the window period for filing
applications will open on June 23, 1995, and close July 24,

adopted May 1 by  the Chief, Allocations Branch, Mass

BISMARK, MO. Effective June 23, amended FM Table to

against the cable programming service price charged by

CMA CABLEVISION ASSOCIATES V, L.P., D/B/A

cable programming service prices charged by Cox Cable in
Macon, Warner Robins and Bibb, GA, and all other

PLUM CABLE TV.  Denied the complaints against the

REQUEST FOR RELIEF FROM THE IMPOSITION OF
CONDITIONS FILED BY TELEPHONE AND DATA
SYSTEMS, INC. (TDS) (Report WT 95-7 WIRELESS
TELECOM ACTION) 
      Lifted the conditions with respect to existing TDS
subsidiaries other than United Stated Cellular Corporation
(USCC) and for newly-created TDS subsidiaries in which
the principals of USCC are not involved, which were
imposed in footnote 61 of the TDS Memorandum Opinion
& Order and Hearing Designation Order  
     Action by the Commission on April 19, 1995 by
Order (FCC 95-164).
