CONSOLIDATED CABLEVISION OF CALIFORNIA. 
Granted request for clarification of the Commission's anti-
trafficking rule (By MO&O [DA 95-996] adopted May 1 by

BELL SOUTH.  Allowed to become effective BellSouth's
Transmittal No. 272 to introduce a new service offering
called "Inward Operator Service". (By Order [DA 95-1111]
adopted May 17, by the Chief, Tariff Division, Common
Carrier Bureau).

GREENFIELD AND STOCKTON, MI.  Proposed allotting
FM Channel 299A at Stockton and deleting vacant channel
299A at Greenfield.  Comments due July 10 and replies due

CHRISTIAN FAITH BROADCAST, INC.  Ordered

California,  Indiana , and Texas and all other complaints

adopted May 11 by the Chief, Cable Services Bureau).





TKR CABLE OF GREATER LOUISVILLE COUNTY,
KENTUCKY.  Granted, in part, the complaints against the
cable programming service price charged by TKR Cable of
Greater Louisville County in Louisville, Anchorage,
Prospect, Highland Heights, and Crestview Hill, Kentucky
and all other complaints relating to the same prices. 
However, no refund ordered because refund amount is de

price cap filing without reflecting changes in AT&T costs
resulting from annual interstate access tariff filings by local
exchange carriers (LECs), and to make the price cap index
(PCI) effects of those access cost changes effective on
