INAUGURATES VIDEOCONFERENCING CAPABILITY
     On Monday, May 22, Chairman Reed E. Hundt
will "pull the plug" on the Commission's 22 year-old
Honeywell mainframe computer, as the Commission
switches entirely to PCs for its computing needs.
