Dismissed request filed by City of Thousand Oaks, CA, for
declaratory order concerning the regulatory status of a la

LAKE CABLEVISION, INC.  Granted, petition for
reconsideration challenging the certification of Hall County,
Georgia to regulate Lake Cablevision, Inc.'s basic cable
service rates.  Lake Cablevision, Inc. argues that it is
subject to effective competition under the low penetration

CITY OF PHILIPPI, WEST VIRGINIA.  Denied, in part,
petition to exempt municipally owned cable system from
