     The Chairman of the FCC has transmitted to the
appropriate Congressional Committees the Inspector
General's most recent Semiannual Report to Congress,
covering the period October 1, 1994 to March 31, 1995.

NEW ENGLAND CABLEVISION OF
MASSACHUSETTS.  Denied the complaint against the
cable programming service price charged by New England
Cablevision of Massachusetts  in Merrimac, Massachusetts.

C4 MEDIA CABLE SE, L.P.  Dismissed C4 Media Cable
SE, L.P.'s appeal of a local rate order adopted by the City
of Chatsworth, Georgia.  (By Order [DA 95-1176] adopted

TIMES MIRROR CABLE TELEVISION OF ORANGE
COUNTY, INC. d/b/a DIMENSION CABLE SERVICES. 
Denied in part and dismissed in part, operator's appeals of
local rate orders, holding that the operator may not include
franchise fees as a portion of its equipment revenue on FCC
Form 393.  Since none of the Cities had attempted to revisit
their rate orders, operator's appeals of that issue, were
dismissed.  Cities of Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Lake
Forest and Mission Viejo, California.  (By Consolidated

FALCON CABLEVISION, WARRENSBURG, MISSOURI. 
Remanded appeal of local rate order for further proceedings
with regard to City of Warrensburg's decision to order

Chief, Cable Services Bureau)

TKR CABLE COMPANY OF NEW JERSEY.  Resolved
appeal of eight local rate orders filed by TKR Cable
Company of New Jersey.  Determined that the a la carte
packages offered by TKR on eight of its systems in New
Jersey should not have been treated by the New Jersey State
Board of Public Utilities as regulated offerings for rate
regulation purposes.  Remanded issue involving the
treatment of TKR's various a la carte packages to the New
Jersey State Board of Public Utilities to amend its rate
