rate of Public Cable Company in Westbrook, Maine.  (By

SUBURBAN CABLE TV CO., INC.  Dismissed the
complaint against the cable programming service price
charged by Suburban Cable TV Co., Inc. in East
Greenville, Pennsylvania because the complaint challenges
only rates for basic service, and therefore it is dismissed due
to lack of jurisdiction.  (By MO&O [DA 95-1184] adopted
May 26 by the Chief, Financial Analysis and Compliance
Division, Cable Services Bureau)

MEDIA GENERAL CABLE OF FREDERICKSBURG. 
Granted the complaints against their cable programming
