OF THE RULES TO PERMIT ROUTINE USE OF
SIGNAL BOOSTERS -- WT DOCKET NO. 95-70 (Report
No. DC 95-78 Action in Docket Case)
     TX RX Systems, Inc., has asked the Commission
to amend Parts 22, 90, and 94 of the rules and regulations
to permit routine use of one-way or two-way signal
boosters.
