The filing window for channel 223A at Dora opens July 24,

BAGDAD, AZ.  Effective July 24, allotted Channel 276C3
to Bagdad as its second FM service.  The filing window

RIDGECREST, CA.  Denied  Valley Public Television's

RELAY SERVICE (TRS) PROGRAM.   Ordered Arkansas
Relay Services, Inc. (ARSI) to make optional calling plans
(OCPs) available to TRS users in Arkansas;  ordered ARSI
to take any steps necessary to ensure that directory
assistance services  for TRS users in Arkansas are provided
in accordance with the Communications Act.   (By MO&O
