ATLANTIC TO OFFER VIDEO DIALTONE SERVICE IN
DOVER TOWNSHIP (Report No. CC 95-33,  Common
Carrier Action)
     The Common Carrier Bureau today allowed Bell
Atlantic's video dialtone tariff for Dover Township to take
effect, after a one-day suspension.
