LICENSE OF WNHT-TV, CHANNEL 21, CONCORD,

     The Commission has granted the application to
assign the license of television WNHT-TV, Channel 21,
Concord, NH, from New England Television, Inc. to
Boston University Communications, Inc, subject to
conditions.

274A for Channel 232A at Camden, and modified the

assessment of terminating carrier common line charges.  (By

LITEL TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION V.
THE BELL TELEPHONE OF PENNSYLVANIA AND

additional reimbursable positions to the TRS advisory
committee in the state representative category, for state

VALLEY CENTER CABLESYSTEMS, L.P.  Denied  San
Diego County's application for review of Order adopted by

AT&T CORPORATION.  Granted, in part, AT&T's
petition for waiver of all requirements of Section 61.47(f)(2)
