ANTHONY WILLIAMS TO LEAVE FCC TO HEAD
BROADCAP
     FCC  Chairman Reed Hundt has announced that
Anthony L. Williams, Director of the FCC's Office of
Communications Business Opportunities, will be leaving the
Commission on August 1, 1995, to become the new
President CEO of Broadcast Capital Fund, Inc., Better
known as BROADCAP.
