complaint by lawton Chiles, Bob Martinez, Bill Nelson and
Jim Smith against Gainesville TV, Inc., licensee of station
WCJB(TV), Gainesville, FL, alleging that WCIB(TV)
overcharged  them during the period proceeding the
September 4, 1990 primary election, and the November 4,
1990,  general election, in violation of the "lowest unit
charge."  (By Order [DA 95-1451] adopted June 27  by the
Chief, Mass Media Bureau)

ORLANDO, FL.   Issued decision regarding a complaint by
Lawton Chiles, Bob Martinez, and Bill Nelson against
WFTV(TV), Orlando, FL, alleging that WFTV(TV) 
overcharged them during the 1990 primary and general
elections, in violation of the lowest unit charge
requirements.  (By Order [DA 95-1471] adopted June 29 by

VALDOSTA, GA.  Issued decision regarding a complaint
by  Zell Miller, Roy Barnes, Johnny Isakson, and Andrew
Young against WVGA-TV, Valdosta, GA, alleging that
WVGA-TV overcharged them during the 1990 primary and
general elections, in violation  of the lowest unit charge
requirements.  (By Order [DA 95-1482] adopted June 29 by

TYLER AND LUFKIN, TX.  Issued decision regarding a
complaint by Ann Richards, Clayton Williams, Jim Mattox,
Tom Luce, Kent Hance, Robert Mosbacher, Jr., Tom
Phillips, and Buster Brown against KLTV(TV), Tyler, TX,
and KTRE(TV), Lufkin, TX, alleging that they overcharged
them during the 1990 primary and general elections in
violation of the lowest unit charge requirements.  (By Order

ASSOCIATED COMMUNICATIONS & RESEARCH
