COMMISSION PROPOSES NEW RULES TO
ESTABLISH A VERY SHORT DISTANCE TWO-WAY
VOICE RADIO SERVICE (Report No. DC 95-102, Action
in Docket Case) - WT DOCKET NO. 95-102
     The Commission proposed to amend the Personal
Radio Service rules and to establish a very short distance,
unlicensed, two-way voice radio service in the UHF portion
of the frequency spectrum.

FCC REDUCES REGULATORY BURDEN FOR
INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT STATUS AND CIRCUIT
ADDITION REPORTS (Report No. IN 95-16, International

     The Commission adopted new rules which reduce
the regulatory burden for international carriers filing circuit
status and circuit addition reports.

PACIFIC BELL.  Suspended and set for investigation the
revisions to Pacific Bell Tariff No. 128 that would add two
