APPROVED; ONE-TO-A-MARKET RULE WAIVED -

     The Commission has granted the application to
assign the license of WGPR-TV, Channel 62 (Ind.), Detroit,
MI, from WGPR, Inc. to CBS, Inc. It also granted a waiver
of the one-to-a-market rule.

Olympic Broadcasters, Inc. to Sierra Radio Company.  It
also granted a waiver of the one-to-a-market rule.
