PORT TOWNSEND CABLE TV LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP, D/B/A SUMMIT CABLEVISION. 
Dismissed the complaint filed against the rate for cable
programming service in Chelan, Washington.  (By MO&O
[DA 95-1619] adopted July 20 by Chief, Cable Services
Bureau) 

SCRIPPS HOWARD CABLE.  Granted permission to
withdraw complaints filed against the rate for cable
programming services in various Georgia communities.  (By
MO&O [DA 95-1636] adopted July 21 by the Chief,
Financial Analysis and Compliance Division, Cable Services
Bureau)

STAR CABLE ASSOCIATES.  Dismissed, the complaint
filed against the rate for cable programming service in the
Township of  Nelson, Ohio.   In its motion to dismiss, Star
Cable submitted supporting documentation which shows that
it serves fewer than 30 percent of the households within its
franchise area.  Accordingly, the Commission finds that Star
Cable's system serving the Township of Nelson is subject to
effective competition, and  therefore granted the motion to
dismiss the complaint.  (By MO&O [DA 95-1638] adopted

WESTSTAR CABLE.  Modified earlier action; denied
complaint filed April 2, 1993 by Channel 5 Public
Broadcasting Inc. (By MO&O [DA 95-1491] adopted June

CALIFORNIA OREGON BROADCASTING, INC. 
Granted petition for special relief filed October 6, 1993 by
California Oregon Broadcasting, Inc. to modify ADI of

PTAR.  Repealed PTAR rule, which prohibited network-
affiliated television stations in the top 50 television markets
from broadcasting more than three hours of network
programs during the four prime time viewing hours,
effective August 30, 1996.  (MM Docket 94-123 by Order
[FCC 95-314] adopted July 28, 1995 by the Commission) 

SATELLITE SERVICE IN THE 17.8-20.2 GHZ BAND. 
Amended Table of Frequency Allocations to permit use of
17.8-20.2 GHz band for Government space-to-Earth fixed-
satellite transmissions. (By MO&O [FCC 95-316] adopted
July 28, 1995, by the Commission)

GUAM TELEPHONE AUTHORITY.  Granted to an extent
the petition for clarification of Guam Telephone Authority
