KBUS(FM)'s license accordingly, substituting Channel 273A
for Channel 272A at Madill and modifying the license of
KMAD(FM) accordingly, and substituting Channel 252A for
Channel 269A as well as a change of site for Station
KAIH(FM) at Jacksboro, and modifying the license of
KAIH(FM) accordingly.  Also ordered Radio Station
KMAD and Webster Braodcasting, Inc. to show why their

BEND, OR.  Denied 3-J Broadcasting's petition for
reconsideration of the Commission's action returning as
unacceptable its earlier petition for rule making requesting

Division, Mass Media Bureau)

PORT TOWNSEND CABLE TV LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP, D/B/A SUMMIT CABLEVISION. 
Dismissed the complaint filed against Port Townsend Cable
TV Limited Partnership, d/b/a Summit Cablevision on the
grounds that the complaint concerned a rate that is outside
the jurisdiction and authority of the Commission.  (By

Services Bureau) 

CABLEVISION OF RIVERVIEW, INC.   Granted, in part,
the complaints filed against the rate for cable programming
service in the following franchise areas in New Jersey:
