FCC AFFIRMS BUREAU ACTION GRANTING
SPANISH RADIO NETWORK'S TRANSFER OF
CONTROL OF SIX RADIO STATIONS TO HEFTEL
BROADCASTING CORPORATION   (Report No. MM 95-
80, Mass Media Action)
     The Commission has affirmed two separate actions
by the Mass Media Bureau which approved the transfer of
control of six radio stations.  In so doing, the Commission
denied applications for review of those actions filed by
Cambio Cubano, Professionalales y Empressario, and
Contrapunto Magazine.

COMMISSION DENIES BEEHIVE'S COMPLAINT
AGAINST BOC CHARGES FOR ACCESS FOR 800
SERVICE (Report No. CC 95-45, Common Carrier Action)
     The FCC has denied a complaint filed by Beehive
Telephone, Inc. and Beehive Telephone Nevada, Inc.,
against the Bell Operating Companies (BOCs).  In its
complaint, Beehive challenged the lawfulness of the 800
Service  Management System Functions Tariff (SMS Tariff)
that was filed by the BOCs to comply with the
Commission's Instructions in Provision of Access for 800
Service, 8 FCC Rcd 1483 (1993)  (CompTel Declaratory
Ruling).
