ENFORCEMENT OF PROHIBITIONS AGAINST
BROADCAST INDECENCY.   Amended rules to comply
with the instructions given by the United States Court of
Appeals for the District of Columbia  in the matter of
enforcement of prohibitions against broadcast indecency.

CLEVELAND AND EBENEZER, MS.   Denied petition
for reconsideration filed by Afro-American Broadcasters  of
Mississippi  regarding the Report and Order which
substituted Channel 280C3 for Channel 280A at Cleveland,
and deleted the vacant Channel 280A at Ebenezer;
terminated the proceeding.   (MM Docket No. 93-100 by
MO&O [DA 95-1757] adopted August 9 by the Chief,
Policy and Rules Division, Mass  Media Bureau)

PAHRUMP, NV.  Effective October 2, allotted Channel
236A to Pahrump as its second FM service.  The filing
window opens October 2, closes November 2.  (MM Docket

AFTON COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION.   Granted
Afton's request for recision or reduction of forfeiture;

PETITIONS FOR STAY.  Granted requests for stay of 
the Cable Services Bureau's action in ordering refunds,
modification of FCC Form 1200, and reduction in current
rates, pursuant to a finding by the Bureau that the cable
operator  was charging  a price for cable programming
services tier (CPS) that was in excess of its maximum
permitted rate, for the review period of  September 1, 1993
