FORT MYERS VILLAS, FL.  Denied the application for
review filed by Miracle Broadcasting, Inc. seeking
reexamination of an action by the Mass Media Bureau which
denied Miracle's petition to deny and granted the application
to assign the license of WSUV(FM), Fort Myers Villas, FL.

FAIR BLUFF, NC.   Denied  Atlantic Broadcasting
Company, Inc.'s petition which proposed alternatively the
deletion of vacant and unapplied-for Channel 287A at Fair
Bluff, or the retention of the channel with a 12.7 kilometer
(7.9 mile) northeast site restriction.  The filing window  for
Channel 287A at Fair Bluff opens October 5, closes

SANFORD, NC.  Proposed allotting Channel 276A to
Sanford as its second FM service.  Comments are due

LONGVIEW, TX.   Denied the renewal application of Pine

HALLIE AND LADYSMITH, WI.  Effective October 5,  
reallotted Channel 279C1 from Ladysmith to Hallie, WI,
and modified the license of Station WWIB  accordingly.

DIAL & SAVE.    Adopted Consent Decree to resolve
proceeding which investigated Dial & Save following receipt
of information indicating that Dial & Save had provided
international telephone services to Cuba without the requisite
authorization from the FCC.  (By  Order and Consent
Decree [DA 95-1809] adopted August 2 by the Deputy
Chief, Common Carrier Bureau)

CABLEVISION OF ORANGE (TIME WARNER CABLE). 
Granted Time Warner's motion to dismiss its appeal of he
local rate order issued by the City of Orange, CA.  (By

OREGON COAST MAGAZINE V. TCI CABLEVISION
OF OREGON, INC.   Granted, in part, and denied, in part,
Oregon Coast Magazine's petition alleging that TCI of
Oregon had failed to make commercial  channel capacity
available; did not challenge the reasonableness of TCI or
Oregon's rates for such capacity.  (By MO&O [DA 95-

COMPETITION FOR CMRS (Report No. GN-95, General
Action)
     The Commission has issued its first annual Report
to Congress about the market conditions and competition for
Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS).  The Report
is the most comprehensive study ever done of mobile radio
services and competition between them.
