Transmittal 2451 proposes to offer access customers a new
five-year option under Self-healing Transport Network
service, and to modify Megalink Custom Services tariff to

MONMOUTH CABLEVISION.  Granted complaint against
the billing practices of the cable operator as a violation of
the negative option billing prohibition; however, no remedial

TACONIC TECHNOLOGY CORP.  Dismissed, in part, the
