Report CS 95-13 - OMB APPROVES FCC FORM 130;
SMALL SYSTEMS RULES EFFECTIVE. The FCC Form
1230 was approved by the Office of Management and
Budget on August 21, 1995. This date also serves as the
effective date for the requirements and regulations adopted
in the Sixth Report and Order (FCC 95-196). The Sixth
Report and Order amends definitions of small cable entities
to encompass a broader range of cable systems that are
eligible for special rate and administrative treatment. News
