FCC AUTHORIZES DOMTEL TO PROVIDE NEW
INTERNATIONAL  FACILITIES-BASED SERVICES

     The Commission has allowed a new foreign carrier
facilities-based entry into the U.S. international
telecommunications market.

COMMISSION AFFIRMS DECISION TO RENEW
LICENSES OF STATIONS WKZQ (AM)/WKZQ-FM,
MYRTLE BEACH, SC (Report No. MM 95-92, MASS
MEDIA ACTION). 
     The Commission has affirmed its decision to renew
the licenses of stations WKZQ (AM)/WKZQ-FM, Myrtle 
Beach, SC, subject to short term renewals, reporting
conditions, and a forfeiture of $10,000.
     Action by the Commission August 9, 1995 by
