COMMON CARRIER BUREAU RENAMES DIVISION
NETWORK SERVICES DIVISION, FOCUSES ON
NUMBERING, NETWORK SERVICE ISSUES
     The Domestic Facilities Division of the Common
Carrier Bureau has been renamed the Network Services
Division, effective immediately.
     
FCC AMENDS SECTION 1.24 OF ITS RULES TO
INCORPORATE THE PROCEDURES CONCERNING
ATTORNEY MISCONDUCT (Report No. GN 95-7,
General Action)
     The Commission amended Section 1.24 of its
Rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 1.24(d) to incorporate the
procedures concerning attorney misconduct announced by
the Commission in Opal Chadwell, 2 FCC Rcd 3458
(1987).
     Action by the Commission September 11, 1995 by
Order (FCC 95-390).

proceedings consistent with order.  Operator's appeal
regarding the City's authority to order refunds, external
treatment of a community access fee and due process issues
were denied.   Satellite channel count, rate freeze and
service call charge issues were dismissed.  A la carte
package, channel addition, bulk rates, in-house amplifiers,
and additional outlet issues were remanded. City of
