( Report No. CS 95-15, Cable Services Action) The Commission has accepted for comment a proposed resolution of cable rate complaints involving Cox Communications, Inc., including Cox's recently acquired Times Mirror Cable Television, Inc. systems ("Cox"), that will, if finally adopted by the Commission, resolve over 400 pending cable television rate complaints filed since September of 1993 against Cox, provide $7.1 million plus interest in refunds for one million Cox subscribers and result in the removal of additional outlet charges from all Cox systems, regulated and unregulated.
