COMMISSION REVISES TARIFF FILING
REQUIREMENTS FOR NONDOMINANT COMMON
CARRIERS (Report No. DC 95-120, Action in Docket Case)
The Commission amended its rules to require
domestic, nondominant common carriers to file tariffs
containing specific rates rather than rates expressed as a
range of maximum and minimum charges.
Action by the Commission September 18, 1995, by
Order (FCC 95-399).

TELEPHONE AND DATA SYSTEMS. Resolved in their
favor the issues designated against Telephone Data Systems,
Inc. (TDS) and the United States Cellular Corp. in the
Hearing Designation Order and granted the application of
TDS for a construction permit for facilities in the Domestic
Public Cellular Telecommunications Radio Service in Market
715, Block B, the Wisconsin 8 - Vernon Rural Service Area.
