MID-CAROLINA CABLE.  Granted request for mandatory
carriage by Television Broadcast Station WWMB (Ind.,
Channel 21), Florence, SC on system operated by Mid-
Carolina Cable at Lamar, SC, but denied WWMB's carriage
request on system at Jefferson, SC.  (By MO&O [DA 95-
2025] adopted September 21, 1995 by the Deputy Chief,
Cable Services Bureau)

GOLDEN ORANGE BROADCASTING CO., INC. 
Granted, with conditions, must carry complaint filed against
The Chronicle Publishing Company d/b/a Ventura County
Cablevision, operator of various cable systems in Ventura
and Los Angeles Counties, California.  (By MO&O [DA-

COST SURVEY.  The Cable Services Bureau is requesting
660 of the 2,271 cable systems that do not qualify for
special regulatory treatment to complete a cost survey
questionnaire needed to determine whether and to what
extent low-price systems should be required to provide rate
reductions.  The questionnaire must be completed and filed
with the Commission no later than 60 days from the date of
