MEDIA ACTION) 
     The Commission granted the Joint Request for
expedited approval of settlement agreement filed by Tak
Communications, Inc., Debtor-in-Possession and Shockley
Communications Corp. and granted Tak-Com's applications
for assignment of license and the accompanying requests for
waivers of the multiple ownership rules.
     Action by the Commission October 28, 1995 by
