FCC DENIES PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION
FILED BY DOMINION VIDEO SATELLITE, INC.
(Report No. 95-27, International Action)
     The Commission today denied a request by
Dominion Video Satellite, Inc. to reinstate its assignment of
Direct Broadcast Satellite ("DBS") channels that the
Commission revoked based on Dominion's failure to
maintain due diligense in contracting for construction of its
DBS system.

of the duopoly rule, to permit common ownership and/or
