COMMISSION PROPOSES PLAN FOR SHARING THE
COST OF MICROWAVE RELOCATION --WT DOCKET
NO. 95-157-- (Report No. DC 95-127, ACTION IN
DOCKET CASE)
     The Commission today proposed a plan for sharing
the costs of relocating microwave facilities operating in the
1850 to 1990 MHz (2 GHz band) band.  This band has been
allocated for use by broadband Personal Communications
Services (PCS).

COMMISSION DECLARES AT&T NONDOMINANT
(Report No. CC 95-60, COMMON CARRIER ACTION)
     Recgnizing a decade of enormous change in the
long distance market, the Commission today voted to
reclassify AT&T Corporation (AT&T) as a non-dominant
interexchange carrier.
