COMMISSION DENIES REVIEW OF ACTION TO
ASSIGN THE LICENSE OF KMXR(FM), CORPUS
CHRISTI, TX  (Report No. MM 95-102, Mass Media
Action)
     The Commission has denied Coastal Digital
Broadcasting, L.P.'s application for review of the dismissal
of its petition for reconsideration of an action by the Mass
Media Bureau which assigned the license of KMXR(FM),
Corpus Christi, TX, from Sparkling City Communications,
Inc. to Ranger broadcasting Co.,  L.P.

(SWBT).  ERRATUM to October 13 Order suspending
SWBT's  Transmittal Nos. 2470 and 2489 for five months,
initiating an investigation of those transmittals, and
designating for investigation the sufficiency of the cost
support data SWBT filed for the individual case basis
offering proposed in Transmittal No. 2470.    Pleadings in
response to the direct case of SWBT on or before November
13, and SWBT may file a rebuttal on or before November
