Action)
     The Commission has granted the application of Act
111 Broadcasting of Nashville, Inc. to renew the license for
Station WNRW-TV, Winston Salem, NC, subject to
reporting conditions, and issued the licensee a notice of
apparent liability (NAL) in the amount of $15,000 for
violations of the Commission's EEO rule.
     Action by the Commission October 30, 1995 by
MO&O (FCC 95-448).
