COMMISSION AMENDS RULES CONCERNING THE
GENERAL EXEMPTIONS FOR LARGE OCEANGOING
CARGO VESSELS AND SMALL PASSENGER VESSELS
- PR DOCKET NO. 93-133  (Report No. DC 95-132,
Action in Docket Case)
     The Commission has amended its maritime service
rules to broaden, update and clarify general exemptions
from the radiotelegraph equipment requirements of the
Communications Act for large cargo vessels, and from the
radiotelegraph and radio communication requirements of the
Communications Act and Safety Convention, respectively,
for small passenger vessels.
     Action by the Commission October 27, 1995 by
R&O [FCC 95-447].

, Cable Services Bureau)

DONREY CABLEVISION, A GENERAL PARTNERSHIP. 
Granted the complaint filed against the rate charged for
cable programming service in Bartlesville, OK and ordered
to refunds for the amount exceeding the maximum permitted
rate.   (By Order [DA95-2253] adopted October 30, 1995
by the Chief, Cable Services Bureau)

TCI OF ILLINOIS, INC.  Denied, in part, TCI's appeal
seeking interjurisdictional offsets.  Remanded part of the
appeal seeking offsets of basic service tier charges with
