INFINITY BROADCASTING PAYS $1 MILLION AS
PART OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT RESOLVING
INDECENCY COMPLAINTS; WILL PAY BALANCE
OWED OF $715,000 EARLY NEXT YEAR
     On November 6 Infinity Broadcasting Corporation
made a $1 million payment to the U.S. Treasury, the first of
two installments that Infinity will pay to implement its
September 1, 1995, settlement agreement with the FCC.
