TKR CABLE COMPANY OF ELIZABETH.  Dismissed
the complaints filed against the rate charged for cable
programming service in the City of Elizabeth, New Jersey
and ordered that the a la carte package created by TKR may
be treated as a new product tier under our Going Forward
