TCI CABLEVISION OF OREGON, INC.  Denied in part,
and remanded in part, an appeal of local rate order of the
Mt. Hood Cable Regulatory Commission filed by TCI
Cablevision of Oregon.  Also vacated a prior stay of the
local rate order which had been in effect pending the
resolution of TCI's appeal.  (By Order [DA 95-2269]
