95-459] adopted November 9 by the Commission)

COLUMBIA, BOURBON, LEASBURG, GERALD,
DIXON AND CUBA, MO.  Effective  January 9, 1996,  
substituted Channel 244C1 for Channel 244C3 at Columbia,
and modified the construction permit of KCMQ(FM)
accordingly;  allotted Channel  297C3 to Cuba, and Channel
221A to Dixon.   The filing window for Cuba and Dixon
