GOVERN CONSTRUCTION, MARKING AND
LIGHTING - WT Docket No. 95-5  (Report No. DC 95-

     The Commission adopted a new streamlined
procedure under which owners will register antenna
structures that require clearance by the FAA and special
painting and lighting because of aviation safety concerns.
