COMMISSION AFFIRMS BUREAU ACTION
REGARDING CP FOR NEW STATION KJRC(AM),
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA  (Report No. MM 95-114,
Mass Media Action)
     The Commission has affirmed an action by the
Mass Media Bureau which denied Kidd Communications's
petition for reconsideration of the dismissal of its application
to replace an expired construction permit (CP) for new
station KJRC(AM) at South Lake Tahoe, CA.
     Action by the Commission November 13, 1995, by
