MATRIX TELECOM, INC. APPARENTLY LIABLE FOR
FORFEITURE OF $40,000 IN SLAMMING CASE (Report
No. CC 95-71, Common Carrier Action)
     The Common Carrier Bureau has issued a notice of
Apparent Liability (NAL) finding Matrix Telecom, Inc.
apparently liable for a forfeiture penalty of $40,000 for
willfully violating Commission rules and orders concerning
changes to a consumer's long distance carrier.

why its license should not be modified; Comments due
