forfeiture of $25,000 to Dennis Elam, Trustee in

     The  FCC has released the latest available
information on Carrier Identification Codes, 500 service,

COMMISSION ADOPTS COST OF SERVICE  ORDER
INVOLVING MEDIA GENERAL OF FAIRFAX
COUNTY (Report No. CS 96-4, Cable Services Action)
     The Commission has adopted an Order (FCC 96-
13) that finds, through a cost of Service filing , that Media
General of Fairfax County (VA) Inc. justified its cable
programming services ("CPS") rate of $17.77 per month for
the period from September 1, 1993 through May 14, 1994.

EXCEEDS THREE BILLION DOLLAR MARK; MDS
AND  900 MHZ SMR NET OVER $189.7 MILLION.
     The net revenue for the Federal Communication
Commission (FCC) broadband Personal Communication
Services (PCS) auction for the "C Block" totalled
$3,309,084,064 yesterday as the 13th round of bidding
closed.
