COMMISSION APPROVES SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
FACILITATING NEW CELLULAR RADIO SERVICE
FOR JEWELL, KANSAS (CC Docket No. 90-591, Report
No. DC 96-9, Action in Docket Case)
     The Commission has approved the Joint Motion for
Approval of Settlement Agreement filed by Thomas
Domencich and the Committee for a Fair Lottery (CFL),
Nancy Naleszkiewicz, and Robert Taylor, Trustee, thus
facilitating the institution of new cellular radio service for
the Jewell, Kansas rural service area.
     Action by the Commission February 2, 1996, by
Order (FCC 96-41).

BIG SKY, MT. Effective March 25, 1996 allotted Channel
283A to Big Sky, Montana, as that community's first local
