FCC'S WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU
AND APCO INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCE THE
SUCCESS OF WTB'S NEW ELECTRONIC FILING
PROCESS
     The FCC's Wireless Telecommunications Bureau
(WTB) has expanded its electronic filing process to better
serve its customers.  This process allows the Commission to
run its operations more efficiently and to greatly improve
public access.

TIME WARNER CABLE.  Granted partial relief to delete
