COMMISSION AFFIRMS ITS RULING CONCERNING
BILLING OF FEDERAL SUBSCRIBER LINE CHARGE
(Report No. CC 96-7, Common Carrier Action)
     The Commission has affirmed its findings in the
SLC Billing Order which addressed the treatment, under
Part 36 of the Commission's rules, of Other Billing and
Collecting expenses associated with the federal subscriber
line charge.
     Action by the Commission March 11 by Order on
Reconsideration (FCC 96-104).

A. Paroli's application for review of Compliance and
Information Bureau (CIB) action denying reconsideration of
a monetary forfeiture of $700 imposed for interfering with
