FCC APPROVES REALLOCATION PLAN FOR 185
MEGAHERTZ OF SPECTRUM RELEASED FROM
GOVERNMENT USE: ESTABLISHES RULE MAKING
SCHEDULE (Report No. GN 96-4, General Action)
     The FCC approved a plan for the allocation of 185
megahertz of spectrum transferred from the Federal
Government to the private sector and established the scope
and timing of future rule making proceedings to assign this
reallocated spectrum.
