     The FCC's auction of Multipoint Distribution
Service (MDS) authorizations closed yesterday after 181
rounds, raising $216,316,333 for the U.S. Treasury.

Channel 280C2 in lieu of its present authorization on
Channel 280C3 at Coolidge; terminated the proceeding.
